Dear Mr. Cotsakis:
After receiving your inquiry concerning the possibility of
establishing Authority-paid special project police forces,
this matter was discussed verbally with the Federal Agency
and later a request for information was made by letter on
February 18, 1969.
I am enclosing a copy of the reply received today from the
Housing Assistance Administration which is self-explanatory.
