Dear Edwin:
I would recommend to you that all housing projects
be cleared through the normal channels with the
Atlanta Civic Design Commission.
The City has created this commission for the purpose
of exercising reasonable supervision over the design
of building projects in Atlanta. It is most proper
that a semi-city agency like the Housing Authority,
conform to the same requirements we impose on
private projects.
I certainly recommend that the proper resolution by
the Housing Authority be adopted in this regard,
