Your letter of August 10, 1967, addressed to Ivan
Allen, Jr., Mayor, is being referred to Karl Bevins,
Traffic Engineer.
We have discussed this matter with Karl and he is
somewhat familiar with the program known as
"TOPICS", We are requesting him to make a
further study of the program and to advise us as
to what will be necessary for the City to participate
in the program.
