Please read over the paragraph on the

second page which I have clipped. I have

circled the word on Dan's draft which I

wasn't sure of - I believe it is ''Commissioners",
You might be able to tell if this is the right

word or not, I'm not sure!

Also, do we need to send copies to anyone?
Dan didn't indicate whether we should or
not. If we do, I'll need to make Xerox
copies before it is mailed.
