Dear Ivan:
Thank you very much for your letter regarding Housing Code
enforcement and for the copy of your memorandum to Mr.
William Wofford.
Your request that we cooperate in seeing that the needs
of the families in the Boulevard area are met, will cer-
tainly be complied with.
I am instructing Mr. Harold Barrett, EOA Associate
Administrator for Operations, to make all housing assis-
tance service in the East Central Neighborhood Service
Center available. Our director at East Central, Mr.
George Dodd, will be working very closely with Mr. John
Robinson and the Atlanta Housing Authority in taking
every possible action to make this program successful.
Your leadership in matters such as this is of paramount
importance to all of the citizens of our great city.
