Parham Quits EOA,
Allison Gets Post

‘Parham, 42, resigned effec-
tive July 15 ta join the staff of
the Institute of Government at
the University of Georgia in
Athens.
_ In his letter of resignation,
Parham, who has headed EOA
for the past two vears, said he
hopes to devote his time to
“matters of long-time prefes-
sional interest, such as child
welfare, crime and delinquen-
cy and income maintenance for
the poor.”
