Through the Community Relations Commission,
the City is seeking ways to improve the conditions
and opportunities of our less fortunate citizens.
A definite plan is being developed which will need
your advice and assistance in the area of private
enterprise opportunities for Negro businessmen.
I would appreciate your meeting with me briefly
on Thursday morning, February 6th at 10:00 a. m.
in order that I may have the benefit of your ideas
about this project.
