I have a copy of your letter to Mr. Bowden, dated July 1, 1969, concerning the
fact that the City and other agencies have various contracts with the Alan M,
Voorhees Company. Is it anticipated that the Voorhees Company will be engaged
to do the expanded study that will be made possible as a result of the Federal
Grant expected from the Department of Transportation?
