Dear Mr. Farris:
At the regular meeting of the Community Relations Commission on
September 22, the Commission voted to recommend to the Finance
Committee of the Board of Aldermen that prioraty be given to the
needs for increased appropriations by the City for recreation
and further, to express to the Finance Committes its opinion
that Mr. Delius, Miss Carmichael and their associates have done
a remarkably good job within the limits of their resources,
