Dear Mr. Delius:
I have written to you about one of the appeals for recreation made
at the public hearing of the Community Relations Commission of
February 16, 1967. Representatives of other areas including,
Lightning, Boulevard, Blandtown and Garver also spoke of the
great need for recreation facilities and about the programs located
closest to these areas and homes.
We would appreciate information about plans of your department to
expand recreation facilities and programs into these and other areas
where programs are not now operating.
