Because of the infrequency of vacancies and the specialized nature of the
work requirements and examination procedures for the positions of Fire
Alarm Superintendent, Fire Equipment Superintendent, Fire Dispatcher Super-
visor, and Assistant Fire Equipment Superintendent will be set when such
vacancies occur.
