MEMORANDUM
To: Ken Millwood

I am enclosing a fully executed copy of the agreement between
the City of Atlanta and the Southern Regional Education Board
providing for SREB acting as paymaster and assuming the
financial liability therefor for the Urban Corps interns during
the fall of 1969. With a copy of this letter, I am providing
the Finance Director with the official City copy.
