MEMORANDUM

Subject: Urban Corps
As you know, the present Urban Corps operation is funded only through
December 31, 1969. It is essential that we give the present staff
proper notice in the event that the program is not funded for the coming
year. It would be appreciated, therefore, if you could advise no
later than December 15, 1969 as to the status of the Urban Corps
Program for 1970.
