Subject: Urban Corps Appropriations
This is to request that you carry forward into 1970 the existing
general fund appropriations for the Urban Corps. As you are
aware, we are still receiving funds based on the summer
program. Perhaps before the first of the year we will be able
to review the receipts and expenditures and to adjust the
appropriations and anticipations that are presently being
carried,
