Enclosed you will find a comprehensive summary of the Summer Program with
recommendations for the future as compiled by Sam Williams.

As the new Atlanta Urban Corps Director, I can appreciate the need for

close communication between the Board of Trustees and the Atlanta Urban
Corps. Many financial problems and administrative details must be overcome
for the Board of Trustees to become an active force in the Urban Corps opera-
tion. You will be receiving notification in the near future regarding the
next meeting of the Board of Trustees.
