Dear Mayor Allen:
Today I saw Emanuel Harris Berk, an intern in your office.
He had physical findings and confirmatory laboratory findings
of infectious mononucleosis. I suggested that he has complete
rest for 2 weeks, after which time he will be re-evaluated by
his local physician.
