Subject: Cash Receipts, Atlanta Urban Corps Project
Iam enclosing a copy of a memorandum received this date from Linda Anderson
in the Finance Department, You will note that she has established account numbers
for the three external sources of funds for the Urban Corps Project.
We have a system of cash reports to control the various receipts of the City. As
you receive funds from any source, please coordinate and deposit with this office
so that we can insure that they are credited to the proper account.
