Dear George:

I received today an invoice,which is attached,from Standard Press,
Inc., 739 Trabert Avenue, N.W. in the amount of sixty-five and f
forty-nine one-hundredths dollars ($65.49) for printing contracted of
prior to the adoption on May 19, 1969 of the ordinance creating the
Atlanta Urban Corps as a division of the Mayor's office.

This constitutes, to the best of my knowledge, the only remaining
obligations assumed prior to the forementioned date.
