My job as Mayor is made much easier by groups
such as yours and it is a great encouragement to
me to know that I have the support and cooperation
of Westside YMCA.
The City is indeed grateful to you for your work in
preventing juvenile delinquency and in improving
slum conditions in our neighborhoods.
