Dear Mr. Lemons
Recently one of our staff members advised that they under-
stood that the Health Department was moving out of the
Adamsville facility. I wonder if this is true and, i£ so,
wnat plans you might have for the vacated structure.
Several years have passed since we last met and discussed
he location and the possibility of extending the recreation
operation.
We would appreciate any information you might have and
trusting we can be of assistance, I am.
