Dear Morris:
It is certainly great to know that in a few days you will
be back home with us. It seems like you have been
gone a long time. . . 1 know it must seem much longer
to you.
Iam sure the school has taught you some new techniques
in policing, but as a police officer you have always been
tops in our book. I hope some of the "Redding Philosophy"
has rubbed off on some of the officers attending school
with you.
All of us are mighty proud that you are going to be num-
bered among the graduates of the F.B.I. National Academy.
I wish that we could be there with you next Wednesday
morning.
