SUBJECT: Tree Ordinance °
Attached is the latest draft of the Tree Ordinance for your review which
represents the work of the Planning and Law Departments to redraft the
ordinance according to the instructions of the Planning and Development
Committee. We believe this to be a reasonable and workable ordinance in
which most of the stated objections have been’ worked out.
Please attend the Planning and Development Committee Meeting on September
13, 1967, at 10:00 A.M. in Committee Room #1 or address comments to Rodney
Cook, Chairman, Planning and Development Committee Planning Department,
City Hall, not later than September 11.
