Dear Mayor Allen:
As it would be almost impossible to locate the offenders who
are creating a health hazard in the vacant lot across the
street from the Sheltering Arms Day Nursery at 21h Baker
Strect, Ne We, we are, today, sending our own crews on to
this lot and cleaning it up along with the sidewalk area
that runs the entire length of the block.
The District Inspector will then trace down the owners of
this property and advise them that it will be their
responsibility from now on to keep this vacant lot in
sanitary condition.
