Dear Mr. Delius:
After such a nice visit with you, I would like to thank you again for the
way you arranged our visit and the way you treated us.
Our visit to your Department brought the students out of the quiet draft-
ing and study rooms of our University, exposed them to the refreshing
air of your operation and gave them the opportunity to learn and experi-
ence where the problems are in our field. All together, it was a worth-
while experience for the students and also forus.
Please pass our thanks along to Mr. Ransom, Miss Carmichael, Mr. Sweat,
Dr. Buchanan and Mr. Dersch and all your colleagues who contributed to
this successful excursion.
I would like to ask a question. In your Atlanta Park and Recreation Plan
you compared your plan to the national standards. Could you tell me,
please, where I could get a copy of these standards?
