Dear Mr. Hall:
I have received the report from the Parks
Department regarding your daughter's
employment.
May I assure you that there was no discrimin-
ation on the part of the Parks Department
because of your daughter's slight birth defect.
After several periods of absenteeism and what
seemed to be a lack of interest Miss Murchison
deemed it wise to talk with Mrs. Mitchell and
advise her to seek employment wsewhere.
On the morning of July 31, she advised the Parks
Department that she was resigning and her
resignation was accepted in good standing.
If I can be of further service, please advise.
