Dear Jack:
The attached forms were delivered to the Mayor's Office by some
young lady from your department with the request that the Mayor
sign them,
Before the Mayor can attach his signature to such forms, he must
have proper authorization by the Board of Aldermen and the City Attorney.
If you would have copies of the necessary authorizations attached and
return the forms to me, I will see that they are executed properly.
