Iam pleased to enclose this Resolution approved by
the Board of Aldermen designating the plaque for
the Adair fountain. You may want to keep this for
your files.
The park is making good progress and the plantings
should go in within the next couple of weeks. As
soon as it is completed, we will make our plans to
formally dedicate the park, and naturally want you
to be there,
