Dear Mayor Allen:
To assist the City in acquiring the property bounded by
Cain Street, Spring Street,.and Carnegie Way for development
as a park, it is the intention of the undersigned to make
a contribution in the amount of $5,000.
This contribution will be paid to the City at your request
and is subject to the City receiving a Federal grant in the
amount of fifty per cent. of the acquisition cost and con-
tributions being made by other parties in amounts sufficient
to finance the City’s share of the cost.
This offer is subject to cancellation at the end of six
months. —
