MEMORANDUM
To: Mr. Jack Delius, Manager of Parks
From: R. Earl Landers
This will confirm our telephone conversation pertaining to
the watering and maintenance of downtown trees. It is our
understanding that your Forestry Division is now making a
study and that you will advise us in the near future as to the
personnel requirements for maintaining these trees.
When we have received this information, we shall be happy
to assist you in attempting to secure proper authorization.
