Dear Earl:
While attending a symposium at Agnes Scott, Mayor
Hamilton discussed with Mayor Allen the possibility of the
City of Decatur procuring plants from the City of Atlanta's
greenhouse on a contractual basis. I believe also the dis-
cussion included the possibility of advice from some of your
horticultures, also on a contractual basis.
If you would be kind enough to look into this matter
and advise me, it would be greatly appreciated,
It is our intention to beautify city property, median
strips, etc,
