MEMORANDUM
TO : Stan Martin
FROM : Ann Moses
I have advised Carol Shure, President of the Jewels of Judea,
that the Mayor will have to leave Sunday eveing to go to Washington,
and asked that you attend as his personal representative to receive
the check,
Arrangements have been made with Mr. Fierman, manager of
the Jewish Community Center, for you and Johnny to park in the
front circular drive to bring in the Chimp, I would suggest you
be there at 7:45, find Carol Shure and go back stage, to be able
to come out of the curtin with the Chimp to receive the check before
their performance begins at 8:00.
These young girls don't comprehend the organization and timing to
put something like this across effectively, so don't hesitate to advise
them as to how to handle the ceremony.
