Dear Jack:

During a soane meeting of Mr. Paschal, Mr. Hancock and me, the following
was decided:

1. Name of the joint venture will be:

THE CYCLORAMA ARCHITECTS

A joint venture of

Finch, Alexander, Barnes, Rothschild & Paschal
and

Thompson & Hancock, Architects

3033 Maple Drive, N.E., Atlanta, Georgia 30305

The Managing Partner will be R. H. Thompson. He will
be the main contact between the Parks Department and
the architects.

The Project Architect will be Bill Finch. He will be

the secondary contact, will be co-responsible with the
Managing Partner and et represent the firm of Finch,
Alexander, Barnes, Rothschild & Paschal.

hh. Architectural work will be performed in a special suite
of offices at 3033 Maple Drive, N.3., Atlanta, Georgia.

5. This work will be under the direct supervision of
Re H. Thompson and a member of FABRAP to be designated
as the Job Captain.



You will receive a letter within a few days which will outline the need
