Dear Pat:

I want to certainly thank you for meeting me at
such an early hour this morning at the Eden Rag
Company-Ira Street Recreation Center. In accor-
dance with your request, I would like to make the
following suggestions as to what contributions the
Executive Park Optimist Club might consider making.

1. Hot water heater
2. Electric water cooler
3. Concrete sealer on floor in the gym room
4. Indoor/outdoor carpeting for the game room
and possibly the reading room
5. Uniforms and/or recreation supplies as
suggested by Mr. Grady Butler or Miss Jimmie Mims
6. Sponsorship of a weiner roast

I think if would be quite in order for your association
to sponsor a neighborhood wide weiner roast for the

"< dedication of this facility. As you know, it should

be ready for use within the next few weeks. Most of
the items listed above are not presently planned by
the City of Atlanta.

-Your assistance is deeply appreciated, and I am
