Dear Mayor Barr:
Mayor Allen asked me to provide the following
information relating to your visit to Atlanta next
week, Complimentary accommodations have been arranged
for you and Mrs, Barr at the Marriott.
10:00 a.m.: Mayor Allen will meet your flight and escort
you and Mrs. Barr to the Marriott.
12 noon: You and Mrs. Barr will accompany Mayor Allen
to Braves "400" Club luneheon, Dinkler Plaza.
7:30 p.m.: Convene in- Lbs mn Room, Marriott, prior
to 8 pm. Dinner honoring the Braves. You and
Mrs, Barr will be seated at head table. Black
tie for men, long gowns for ladies.
April 12:
Morning is free, and we will be glad to arrange anything
you might enjoy.
12:30 noon: "Drop in" at luncheon honoring the Braves,
given by the Kiwanis Club of Atlanta, Dinkler
Plaza.
1:00 p.m.: Assemble for Parade which begins at 1:30.
5:45 p.m.: Braves Reception, Mayor Allen will escort you
and Mrs, Barr, Atlanta Stadium.
7:15 p.m. Pre-Game Ceremonies, on field. You will be
introduced, ;
8:00 pv.m.: Plav ball!
