The Mayor of Atlanta, Ivan Allen, Jr., joins with

in opening our first major league baseball season.

The opening game festivities actually begin on
Monday, April 11, with the Mayor's Dinner honoring the
Atlanta Braves, and Mrs. Samders and I hope you will be
our guests for this occasion.
On Tuesday, April 12, the great Braves Parade
will ride down famed Peachtree Street, beginning at
