You are all familiar with the progress that has been made
towards finalizing plans for the 1966 Dogwood Festival.
If the Festival is to be perpetuated it must be a success this
year. We have received the enthusiastic support of the Women's
Chamber, the DeKalb Chamber, the Business and Professional Women's
Club, the Atlanta Chamber, the Stone Mountain Association etc. just
to mention a few. The representation that we have on our Board of
Directors is indicative of the support of the business people.
Our program of events for the Festival we feel is outstanding.
But to implement it we must have a budget of approximately
$10,000. With this amount of money we can make a creditable
showing and pave the way for greater things in the future.
We ask your assistance in realizing our budget.
