Dear Earl:

Here are my notes which were copied and turned
over to the Firemen's union by one of our girls.

I am terribly embarrassed, and apologize.

I don't think any damage is done, as the facts
outlined are almost exactly those published in the
accompanying article in "U.S. News & World Report."

Thanks for your courtesy in giving me this
information. I deeply regret the breach of security.
