Dear Tom:
I attach hereto five copies of a lease agreement
between the Housing Authority of the City of
Atlante and the City of Atlanta covering the
leaging of 472 — 476 Ira Street, S&S. W. (Eden Rag
Company). We already have physical access to the
building, the keys to the locks, etc., and permission
from the lessor to begin operating a temporary’
recreation facility at this location,
Please approve the attached leases as to legal form
and return to me at your earliest poesible con-
venience, We are using a blanket resolution passed
several years ago, which authorizes the Mayor to
sign temporary leases of this nature,
Your continued assistance is deeply appreciated,
