Dear Mayor Allen:
I plan to be out of the City from Friday, May 30,
through Sunday, June 1, at Roosevelt State Park in
Pine Mountain, Georgia. If you should have to contact
me, I will be in Cabin No. 8, and the Superintendent
of the Park is Mr. Bill Marx.
In my absence, Mr. Pierce Whitley, Assistant General
Manager of Parks, will be in charge of field operation
and Mr. Stanley T. Martin, Jr., Assistant General
Manager of Parks, will be in charge of administration.
