Mayor Ivan Allen
City of Atlanta
68 Mitchell St., S. W.
Dear Mr. Mayor:
I find that I must take this time from a busy schedule
to tell you how proud I, my family and my friends were of
you on the occasion of Atlanta's recent troubles.
Mr. Mayor, your display of courage and restraint were
in the highest "American Tradition". All Atlanta is proud
of you in these troubled times and wish you every success
in steering this great city down the road to understanding
Tf I, or any of my associates, here at Big Apple can
ever be of any assistance to you, we would consider it not
only a pleasure, but also a privilege to help.
