Dear Sirs
We would not claim to have a full knowledge
of all the events and circumstances of the past week,
but we do feel that we have "seen" enough, on TV, to
make some comments, and we wish to commend you for the
excellent manner in which you have conducted yourself
and given leadership in a difficult time.
What happebs in Atlanta does vitally "touch"
us who live in Acworth, Canton and Cartersville, and. we are
erateful for the leadership that you are giving to the
City of Atlanta.
We would particularly take note of the
courage that you showed in entering the troubled areas,
and the patience and the fairness and wisdom that you have
displayed.
We wish to add our thanks and good wishes that
you well deserve.
