Dear Mr. Rohrer;

This will acknowledge your letter concerning the
action taken to close Peyton and Harlan Roads.
This is to advise that the City of Atlanta took the
action which we felt was best for all parties. This
action in no way restricts anyone from buying a
house anywhere in the City of Atlanta.

I regret that you do not agree with the action taken.
