RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY
NOT TO ENTER AN APPEAL IN THE CASE OF
L. K. GOOGER, ET AL VS. THE CITY OF
ATLANTA, ET AL, CASE NO, A*97679, FULTON
SWPERIOR COURT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of
Aldermen of the City of Atlanta that in the case of
L. K. Googer, et al vs. the City of Atlanta, et al,
Case No. A-97679, Fulton Superior Court, which said case
was, on the lst day of March, 1963, decided adversely
to the City and the City was temporarily enjoined from
maintaining blockades or barriegs on Peyton and Harlan
Roads; that the City Attorney be and he is hereby directed
not to enter an appeal from said decision, but that the City
comply with the same as ordered by the Court.
