Dear Mills:
Please excuse my delay in answering your letter of June 12,
but I have been out of the city.
I think Cecil Alexander's idea is a good one, and would like
to make the suggestion that we ask Cecil to appear at the
next Authority meeting to explain it. If there is some way we
can implement this, I am all for it.
I think we should have a meeting in the next few week's time,
and if you will give me a call at your conveniente to tell me
what your schedule is, we will try to set one up.
