Dear John:
I have a copy of the letter which Carl Sutherland
wrote you on February Ist regarding the City's
Equal Employment Opportunity Committee.
I do not agree with Sutherland that the meeting should
be postponed. We should hold a meeting immediately
to present last year's accomplishments and try to get
wide publicity for it. Peggy Baker in my office will
be glad to assist in the publicity.
