On behalf of the entire membership of the WAOK Council of Women, I want
to express our appreesiation gor your courageous stand for law and order
during the riots in some sections of our city last week.
The WAOK Council of Women hopefully is working to ease the tensions that
cause riots in various areas of the city and we know that your interest
and coneern for all the citizens in Atlanta is a vital force in the
generally hopeful outlook for improved race relations here.
