TENANT GRIEVANCE PANEL
Any panel instituted by the Atlanta Housing Authority
should contain at least the following elements:
L. A separate panel should be created for each
individual project.
2. The tenant members of the Grievance Panel
should be elected by the tenants.
3. The Panel should have authority to deal with
evictions or other sanction imposed by the
Authority; rent determinations; and complaints
by tenants against Management personnel, but
not against other tenants; fines and damage
charges imposed by the Authority.
