of September 12 and your offer of financial help in the

I thoroughly agree with you that this matter of
SNCC and Stokely Carmichael are problems that Atlanta
must meet successfully. We are using every bit of investi-
gative ability that the Atlanta Police Department has in
an effort to obtain evidence to insure the conviction of
