To his Honor The Mayor,
City of Atlanta, Ga.

Honorable Sir;

‘ I just saw and heard you on tv and was both amazed and surprised. Could
there be some mistake and it was the Mayor of Harlem N.Y. speaking for
the kennedys and the niggers rather than the Mayor of the Great Southern
City of Atlanta. What will I hear and see next is there anything left
that they wont endeavor to do.

Wonder who voted for you was it the niggers or white people. I know how
your people must feel about your sorry and disgraceful performance, and
I feel certain they will let you hear from them. Did you get mad at Sen.
Thurmond when he asked you @ very sensible and pertinent question. And
Why did you get’ mad. To me you showed your true colors. When I see and
hear people like you and Ralph Mcgill I get sick to my stomach and feel
like vomitting. Are you one of Ralph MceGills boys.

Yours in shame and sorrow ffor
your disgraceful performance

A Son of the South and a
business man who is proud of
his property rights under our

American Co tion.
