We are attempting to follow each person through step by step in an attempt to determine what happens to each individual. We will further break this down into men and women, age groups, etc. We hope to find out if those persons referred to Hoke Smith for pre-vocational training and basic education remain on the job longer than those who are referred directly to jobs. This is a project of the National Alliance of Businessmen, the Community Council, Economic Opportunity Atlanta , Inc ., and your office.
